对英文翻译该适时修正了

美国的《独立宣言》，许多国人都熟悉其中的一段话

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

我们认为这些真理是不言而喻的：人人生而平等，造物者赋予他们若干不可剥夺的权利，其中包括生命权、自由权和追求幸福的权利。

可是，文中的“men”词义是男人。有色人种，妇女儿童等是不在其中的。

不知道为什么，我们的相关部门和机构，就一直不进行修正呢？
