多哈论坛-北京对话专场｜亚洲在全球变局中的角色

亚洲不仅是全球人口与经济中心，其思想传统、治理理念和发展经验也正在重塑全球话语。多极时代的国际合作版图中，亚洲已成为不可或缺的关键枢纽，其智慧与实践正在为全球治理提供至关重要的新路径。 

2025年12月6日至8日，多哈论坛（Doha Forum 2025）在卡塔尔首都多哈举办。论坛期间，北京对话举办题为“亚洲在全球变局中的角色：文明智慧与当代挑战”的圆桌对话，探讨亚洲如何在全球南北之间架起桥梁，推动更加公平的全球治理，并在气候、数字主权和经济不平等等议题上提出务实回应。同时探讨“亚洲声音”面临的挑战，以及其在承担全球责任与维护区域利益之间的复杂平衡。

多哈论坛(Doha Forum)是全球享有盛誉的国际交流平台，每年12月在卡塔尔首都多哈举行，汇聚全球领袖、政策制定者、学者及行业专家，共同探讨全球性议题。论坛以开放性对话、深入分析和创新解决方案而著称，旨在促进国际合作与理解，应对全球挑战。

北京对话是2023年创设于中国北京的新型国际对话智库平台，致力于促进中外政要、学者及业界人士进行沟通对话，增进互信和共识，减少认知赤字，促进多双边轨道建设，促进国际交往和经济社会发展。

2025年6月1日，北京对话与多哈论坛签署合作意向书，正式确立合作伙伴关系。

Asia has emerged not only as the world’s demographic and economic center but also as a region whose intellectual traditions and governance models increasingly shape global discourse. It is becoming a critical site for reimagining international cooperation in a multipolar order. Asian wisdom and practice are offering indispensable new approaches to global governance

The Doha Forum 2025 will be held from 6 to 7 December 2025 in Doha, the capital of Qatar. During the Forum, Beijing Club for International Dialogue will host a special roundtable titled “Asia’s Role in a Changing Global Order: Civilizational Wisdom and Contemporary Challenges". This roundtable discussion will consider how Asia can bridge divides between the Global North and South, advance more equitable frameworks for global governance, and offer pragmatic responses to challenges such as climate change, digital sovereignty, and economic inequality. Participants will also interrogate the limits of “Asia’s voice,” given the region’s internal diversity, as well as the tensions between advancing regional interests and shouldering global responsibilities. The roundtable aims to generate actionable ideas for fostering integration, dialogue, and more inclusive global norms.

Doha Forum is a prestigious international platform held annually in Doha, Qatar. It brings together global leaders, policymakers, scholars, and industry experts to discuss pressing global issues. Known for its open dialogue, in-depth analysis, and innovative solutions, the Forum aims to promote international cooperation and understanding in addressing global challenges.

Beijing Club for International Dialogue, established in 2023 in Beijing, is a new international dialogue and think-tank platform dedicated to facilitating exchanges among political leaders, scholars, and practitioners from China and abroad. It seeks to enhance mutual trust and consensus, reduce cognitive gaps, and support multi-track diplomacy as well as international engagement and socio-economic development.

On 1 June 2025, Beijing Club for International Dialogue and Doha Forum signed a memorandum of intent, formally establishing a partnership between the two institutions.
