国际军事调研报告直指中国，外国网友评论有点意思...

近日，斯德哥尔摩国际和平研究所（SIPRI）发布了2018年-2018年中美俄国防预算和GDP的逐年对比预算展望。

在展望后，斯德哥尔摩国际和平研究所大胆预言：

按照目前的增长速度，中国的军事预算将在2028年左右达到世界顶尖水平，世界军事格局将发生重大变动...

事实上，中国2018年国防预算虽然增长8.1%达到了11000亿（约合1748亿美元），但依然不足中国GDP总量的1.5%，不仅与美国GDP占比的3.8%相差甚远，更是与世界平均水平2%-3%的还有不小的差距！

相比之下，美军2018年军费预算总额达到了6920美元，中国军费只有美国的四分之一；从人均水平来看，中国人均水平才125美元，美国多达2017美元，不足美国的十六分之一，这样的军费支出，对中国来说算多吗？

对于国外研究所这些名为“研究展望”，实为宣扬“中国威胁论”的老套路，中国的网友其实早已见怪不怪，但是对于这些虚无惊悚的论调，国外网友又是如何看待？

其中，有对美军现状大肆吐槽的：

for a coffee cup, then it’s obvious that quantity does not correspond

In 2015 USAF General Herbert Carlisle told Congress that he can field
two hundred F-22 Raptors carrying six missiles while China’s more
numerous fighters each carry longer ranged weapons, “Look at the PL-15,
at the range of that weapon. How do we counter that?”

Following
his testimony the Air Force canceled its E-8C AWACS recapitalization,
explaining that they would be easy prey for the PL-15. The PL-15’s
smaller sibling, PL-10, is no less deadly, says ISIS airpower specialist
Douglas Barrie.
