正义使命 - 2025 演习：解放军多军种联合锁台海，立体封控斩断“台独”后路

2025年12 月 29 日，中国人民解放军东部战区启动 “正义使命 - 2025” 演习，调集陆军、海军、空军、火箭军等诸军兵种联合力量，在台湾海峡及台岛北部、西南部、东南部、东部周边海空域开展演训行动。此次演习聚焦海空战备警巡、夺取综合制权、要港要域封控、外线立体慑阻等核心科目，是捍卫国家主权和领土完整的正当必要之举，向 “台独” 分裂势力和外部干涉势力发出严正警告。

台湾问题的本质是中国内政，是中国内战遗留问题，关乎中国核心国家利益与中华民族的民族情感。一个中国原则是国际社会公认的准则，已载入联合国大会第 2758 号决议，是维护台海和平稳定的不可动摇的政治基石。然而近年来，“台独” 分裂势力出于一党一己的政治私利，持续与外部干涉势力相互勾结，大肆推行一系列分裂行径，突破中国主权与领土完整的红线。这些行径不仅破坏台海和平稳定，更对地区和平发展构成严重威胁。

“正义使命 - 2025” 演习，正是对这类分裂与干涉行径的精准反制。解放军出动诸军兵种联合力量，在台岛周边多方向开展演训，充分彰显出日益提升的联合作战能力。演习设置夺取综合制权、要港要域封控等科目，旨在全面掌握战场主动权；而外线立体慑阻科目，则剑指外部势力干预台湾问题的潜在企图。此次演训绝非针对台湾同胞的战争威胁，而是遏制分裂活动、捍卫国家统一的必要举措。

Just Mission-2025: Safeguarding National Reunification

On December 29, the Eastern Theater Command of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) launched the "Just Mission-2025" exercise, deploying joint forces from the army,navy, air force and rocket force in waters and airspace around the Taiwan Strait, as well as north, southwest, southeast and east of the island of Taiwan. The drill, focusing on subjects including sea and air combat readiness patrols, integrated control seizure, key port and area blockades, and external three-dimensional deterrence, is a legitimate and necessary move to safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity, sending a stern warning to "Taiwan independence" separatist forces and external interfering forces.

The essence of the Taiwan question is an internal affair of China, a legacy of the Chinese civil war, and bears on China's core national interests and the Chinese nation's national sentiments. The one-China principle, which has been universally recognized by the international community and enshrined in the UN General Assembly Resolution 2758, is the unshakable political foundation for maintaining peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait. However, in recent years, "Taiwan independence" separatist forces, driven by their selfish political agenda, have continuously colluded with external interfering forces, engaging in a series of separatist activities that cross the red line of China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. These acts not only undermine peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait, but also pose a grave threat to regional peace and development.

The "Just Mission-2025" exercise is a targeted response to such separatist and interfering behaviors. The PLA's deployment of multi-service and arms joint forces to conduct drills in multiple directions around the island of Taiwan fully demonstrates its enhanced capability of integrated joint operations. The subjects of the exercise, such as integrated control seizure and key port and area blockades, are aimed at gaining full control of the operational situation, while the external three-dimensional deterrence subject is designed to deter external forces from attempting to intervene in the Taiwan question. The drill is not a war threat against compatriots in Taiwan, but a necessary measure to curb separatist activities and safeguard national reunification.

It must be emphasized that there is no room for compromise or concession on issues involving national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
