伦交所拒绝港交所原话很刺耳，它压根不认同香港的亚洲金融港地位

据彭博社报道，伦敦证券交易所集团（伦交所）董事会9月13日一致否决香港交易及结算所有限公司（港交所）的收购建议，并认为没有必要与港交所进一步接洽。伦交所表示，仍将致力于收购金融数据分析提供商路孚特（Refinitiv Holdings）。

不过，伦交所拒绝港交所的原话却十分刺耳，它压根不认同香港的亚洲金融港地位。耳光响亮，打在“本港正宗国际认证英美法系”的脸上。

“我们认识到中国机遇的规模，并重视我们在那里的关系。然而，我们不相信香港交易所为我们提供亚洲最佳长期定位或中国最佳上市/交易平台。

我们重视与上海证券交易所的互利合作伙伴关系，这是我们与中国接触的众多机会的首选和直接渠道。”
